Where are you located?
We are located at The Skyport Marina by the intersection of East 23rd Street and FDR Drive.

Parking?
The closest parking facility is at 30 Waterside Plaza.

Age?
All evening cruises are 21 and over. We also offer family and lunch cruises which have no age restriction.

Are reservations required?
Reservations are required to ensure everyone can board.

What is a voucher?
A voucher is your ability to make a reservation on board one of our cruises. This includes your admission fee ONLY. If you would like to buy a drink, there is a cash bar. If you would like to buy food, there is a cash buffet on board.

When does my voucher become a ticket?
Your voucher becomes a ticket after you make a reservation. When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail.

How do I redeem my voucher?
When making a reservation, your voucher will be redeemed. You can only reschedule 24 hours before your cruise date, as we do not reschedule the day of or after.

What time should I arrive at the port of departure?
All start times are boarding times. Please try to arrive 30 minutes before your cruise departs.

What does my Admission ticket include?
Admission tickets include your admission fee ONLY.

What does my admission with open bar ticket include?
Admission with open bar ticket includes your admission as well as a wrist band for the open bar.
*This wrist band does not include food.

Bar
A cash bar is available. The prices are between $6 and $12. You could also upgrade to an open bar for $35 per person.

Food
There is a cash buffet for sale aboard the boat. The price is $10 per plate.
There is no menu available as we have a private caterer that supplies new freshly made foods daily.
We do not have specialty foods on board.

Can I bring my own food?
Yes, you can bring your own food. However, ice chests are not allowed.

Can I bring my own liquor?
No.

What if the weather is bad?
We sail rain or shine. However, your safety is our first priority. The only time we do not sail is if there are sustained high winds. In this case, we will notify all guests by phone or e-mail and you will be able to reschedule at that time.

Where do we go?
We leave East 23rd Street and FDR Drive and travel south along the East river. At the start of your cruise you will see the Manhattan Bridge, the Williamsburg Bridge, and the Brooklyn Bridge. We then pass the South Street Seaport, lower Manhattan, and Ground Zero. Wrapping up the cruise will be views of Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. We make a giant U-turn and stop for a photo opportunity. You can enjoy the panoramic view of all of Manhattan from the Statue of Liberty. We then cruise back to port the same way we came.
